Take all dry fruites except raisins in grinding jar and coarsaly grind this
Now take sugar and desi ghee in a large and deep pan and mix nicely till sugar syrup comes out
Now add mavaa in this and again knead
Now add custard powder, besan, all purpose flour and mix
Finally add kewra essence, green cardamom powder, baking soda and knead a smooth dough of this , cover this and keep.aside this for 15 to 20 minutes to set
Now take small small size of balls in this dough, flat this and make small hole in centre
Sprinkle some grated coconut, some poppy seeds and few raisins in centre and make marks on sides, make all roats like this
Now bake this roat in preheated oven at 190* to 200* for 20 to 25 minutes or till done
Now Dum ke Roats is ready to serve
